For the past decade plus Chris served a variety of clients in Landmark's (largest Arkansas based CPA firm) accounting and audit practice, lead college recruiting for the firm and was heavily involved in the marketing team. Building the culture at Landmark was what he looked forward to daily. In February 2021 Chris left public accounting to replace the retiring CFO at ACHE, the new medical college at Fort Chaffee in Fort Smith. ACHE is more than just a college. ACHE is creating/developing an entire community which Chris gets to help shape. Chris is also a worship pastor and is married to his wife Magen. They have two little girls, Kinlee & Konner, and another baby on the way.

Shayna is the sole member of Shaynaco LLC, a CPA firm whose clients are small businesses and the individual. In addition to the accounting and tax work performed, Shayna works a tremendous amount on technology so that her firm and clients may reach their goals. She also spends a lot of time volunteering on non-profit boards to make her community a better place to live and work.
