Felicia Cheek
Felicia Cheek has responsibility for The Hackett Group’s Global Payroll Advisory Program providing strategic insight, metrics and best practices to more than 100 multinational and local companies around the globe. Her responsibilities include designing a program for Finance, Human Resources and Global Business Services executives that covers global payroll strategy, payroll administration (both global and local), labor management and time and attendance. Felicia leads the global payroll benchmarking initiative at The Hackett Group and partners with the American Payroll Association and various other payroll organizations across the globe to deliver timely and accurate cost, productivity, quality and timeliness metrics to the payroll profession on an annual basis.
