Toffer Grant

Toffer Grant is CEO and Founder of the PEX Card service, a corporate spend management solution used to budget and track employee spending. A 15-year veteran of the prepaid card industry, Grant previously served in key roles at TSYS Prepaid. He also was the VP of sales at Clarity Payment Solutions, an early stage company that quickly became the leading prepaid card processing platform company, later sold to TSYS in 2004 for $53 million.
